Connor Stedman

Connor Stedman is a climate educator, environmental planner, and project advisor and developer.

He brings two decades’ experience leading and supporting organizational change at the intersection of agriculture, social systems, and the environment. As a consultant, Connor has led project development and strategic advisory on climate, biodiversity, and social impact in CPG supply chains, including with Keurig Dr. Pepper, Oatly, The Body Shop, Vans/VF Corp, and Numi.  He has also led strategic planning initiatives on land conservation, greenhouse gas emissions, and biodiversity with national farm nonprofits including Stone Barns, Shelburne Farms, and White Buffalo Land Trust.

Connor holds an M.S. in Ecological Planning from the University of Vermont and is a current PhD candidate in Transdisciplinary Leadership at UVM.  He is a Professional Affiliate instructor and coach in UVM’s innovative Leadership for Sustainability graduate program.  Connor lives in the Connecticut River Valley in western Massachusetts.
