Erik is the CEO of Radix Education, a company whose passion is to improve learning and teaching methods. At this organization he is impacting thousands of teachers in public schools with top pedagogical and socioemotional skills, while also influencing the global education agenda by supporting several ministers of education with the Global Online Learning Alliance. Erik also helps corporations to transform their teams with new and innovative careers, 100% remote, in collaboration with giants from the technology industry.

Before Radix Education, Erik launched the Mexican chapter of Teach for All in Mexico: Enseña por México, where more than 600 fellows have impacted more than 100,000 students all over the country. Erik holds an MBA (from a jointly program managed by NYU, LSE, and HEC- Paris). He has specialized in Emerging Markets through studies in John Hopkins University, Fundacao Dom Cabral from Brazil, and Hong Kong University. He received his BA from ITESM in Business.
