LeAnne Grillo helps diverse groups of people act together to address the complex social issues they are passionate to change. She is co-founder and a partner in Spaces for Change, a firm that specializes in creating the conditions for people to connect in meaningful ways, enabling them to take effective action together around challenges that matter to them. Most recently she has worked on two scenario projects – one on the future of health equity in the United States and the other on the future of education in Charleston County, South Carolina. She is committed to making a positive difference in the world.
LeAnne works closely with the Sustainable Food Lab and their Impact Lab program. For seven years, she directed Camp Snowball, a weeklong capacity-and network-building program for educators and students using systems thinking tools and practices. LeAnne was a co-founder of Reos Partners LLC and worked at its predecessor company, Generon Consulting, contributing to a range of projects using the Social Lab and Theory U methodologies. LeAnne was vice president and conference director for Pegasus Communications for ten years, which was then the premier resource provider in the fields of systems thinking and organizational learning. She enjoyed a decade working for Girl Scouts Patriots’ Trail Council in a variety of management positions. She has been a Girl Scout since she was seven and still volunteers her time to the organization having served on the Nominating and Development Committee and the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts.
