Stephanie Daniels is Senior Programs Manager, Agriculture & Development at the Sustainable Food Lab where she leads partnerships for impact and learning in agricultural value chains. The Food Lab creates a space in which diverse and influential leaders from different sectors can find game changing solutions to tough challenges, and Stephanie leads inquiry in the Lab’s thematic work on smallholder livelihoods. She has a background in supply chain management and ethical purchasing, managing cocoa purchasing from 1995-2002 at a specialty chocolate company. Before joining the Lab in 2010, she was the principal at Sustainable Supply LLC, providing strategic direction to a range of organizations such as Starbucks, Rainforest Alliance, CATIE, Stonyfield Farm, World Wildlife Fund, Oxfam and Shell. She holds a BS Environmental Science, certification in Organizational Management and a MA International Development. She is fluent in Spanish and a native English speaker. She lives in Vermont with her husband and son, an enjoys circus, hiking, skiing and gardening in her free time.
